This might be one of the easiest hotels to find in the city, due to it being the tallest hotel
in west Africa at 23 stories. You’ll be surrounded by opulence as soon
as you enter the grand lobby, complete with large columns, elegant white
floors, 40-foot ceilings and a lively open lounge. The 352 luxury rooms
at the hotel are exceptional and include large bay windows, smart
lighting and a roomy, open floor plan. Even the bathrooms have this feel
and open up into the living space through a glass window. The hotel
gets hopping at night and hosts a night club and many of the best
restaurants in the city, including the Nigerian themed Ekaboo. Other
onsite restaurant offerings include SoHo (Chinese) and Milano (Italian).
Along with being the largest hotel in the city, it might also have the
best hotel pool and gym.

This stylish modern hotel
is certainly one of the best bets for luxury in Lagos. It’s also in a
prime area with outstanding views of Victoria Island and Ikoyi from the
lagoon it sits on. The hotel takes advantage of its setting and has a
large outdoor pool area by the water, a wet bar, and a golf bar complete
with a putting green and driving range. Continuing with the water
theme, the hotel also offers a private jetty with a 4-hour boat ride for
visitors looking to relax on the water. The 170 rooms at Radisson Blu
are super spacious, modern, and were designed by Christian Lundwall, a
well-known Swedish hospitality designer. Most of the rooms also have
expansive views of Victoria Island. Downstairs, the four-story lobby is
quite impressive and features a swanky restaurant along with the aptly
named “View Bar.” Next to the bar, you’ll find two classy restaurants,
the Voyage Restaurant and Surface Bar & Grill, which are known for
having some of the best cuisine in the city.

This luxe hotel
is part of Accor’s Mgallery Collection, a wing of the company that’s
dedicated to designing a hotel that’s inspired by a story and is often
full of incredible art. The Moorhouse Ikoyi keeps to this standard and
is decorated in tasteful Nigerian artwork and pottery throughout the
lobby, dining room and two bars. There are 94 luxury rooms on site,
each filled with trendy artwork, flat screen TVs, and couches and chairs
to relax in. The upscale restaurant is known for its seafood and
excellent selection of Nigerian fare. It’s also located in the business
district, making it a convenient option for business travelers that
don’t want a typically sterile business hotel.
The Federal Palace Hotel & Casino
This massive complex is one of the largest hotels in Lagos and offers
an onsite casino, as you might have figured out by the name. It’s also
on some of the best real estate in the city, located on the western edge
of Victoria Island, which offers incredible views of the Lagos Lagoon
and other islands. You’ll notice the peacocks wandering around the lush
grounds, adding a sense of exotic flair to the hotel. While the rooms
are pretty standard for a high end hotel, it’s the amenities that people
come here for, which includes three stellar restaurants, an 18-hole
mini golf course, a game room, a jogging track, tennis courts, a wine
bar, and of course, the casino. There’s also an Olympic size freshwater
pool with water slides, day beds, and a separate kids’ play area.
Needles to say, if you stay at the Federal Palace, you probably won’t
want to leave.

the hotel are also upscale, including beds that are furnished with faux
metal headboards, leather, couture fabrics and stone. You’ll also find
